1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BidToRank, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What BidToRank Is

BidToRank is a free discovery board for internet products and services, open to submissions from anywhere in the world. Users submit a product URL and the listing appears on a public board immediately, newest first. Anyone may submit a listing for any product — you do not need to be its owner. We also offer a paid Advertise feature for founders who want additional visibility beyond an organic listing.

3. Listings

• Listing a product is free — there is no fee to submit or to stay listed.
• Listings go live immediately after submission, without prior review. You are responsible for the content of any listing you submit.
• The board is ordered newest-first.
• We may remove any listing at any time, at our discretion, including for breaking the rules in Section 5.

4. Advertising

Advertising (sidebar and in-feed placements) is sold at the flat price shown on the Advertise page — currently $20 per placement (sidebar or feed) for 24 hours, or $40 for both. After you submit an ad request, our team reviews it and sends payment details by email. Payment is in two parts: 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% once your ad is live. Your ad goes live once the upfront payment is confirmed and runs for the full period purchased; the remaining balance is due as soon as it is live. We may decline any ad request, and may remove an ad and decline future ads if the remaining balance isn't paid.

All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Listings

We may remove any listing, at any time and without notice, that:

• Promotes illegal products, services, or activities under applicable law.
• Contains malware, phishing links, or deliberately misleading URLs.
• Infringes on someone else's intellectual property or impersonates a business without basis.
• Contains vulgar, sexual, obscene, hateful, or otherwise offensive content.
• Promotes violence, harassment, or anything that could harm people or negatively affect their health, safety, or wellbeing.
• Is a scam or makes misleading claims.

Listing is free, so no refunds apply to removed listings. Paid ads that break these rules are removed without a refund.

6. Click Tracking & Public Data

Every visit through a listing's "Visit Product" link is counted as a click and displayed publicly, along with the listing's position on the board. By submitting a listing, you consent to this information being displayed publicly on the platform.

7. No Guarantee of Results

BidToRank provides visibility on a public leaderboard but does not guarantee any specific number of clicks, conversions, or business outcomes from a listing.

8. Limitation of Liability

BidToRank is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including service interruptions or listed products' own conduct.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BidToRank after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BidToRank's operator is based.
